MR series fine impact mill (for crystal class) is extremely compact, can help customers reduce investment costs, reduce space requirements, and reduce cleaning and maintenance costs.
The cylindrical design of the fine impact mill machine can well integrate the powder into the existing system, no additional dust collection system is required, the mill is especially suitable for workshops with vertical drop layout. Mill machine adopt the direct connection technology of the motor and the cutter disk, then no need to add any lubricating grease to avoid pollution to the product.
The particles can be directly sent into the center of the mill via the rotary valve through the mill cavity, and the cutter disk composed of two needle bar tooth disks is completely integrated into the mill cavity. The fineness can be adjusted by the speed of the frequency converter and the motor. After crushing, the user can open the door quickly and easily to inspect or clean the cutter at any time.
This type of mill machine can achieve a yield of 3 tons/h with a fineness of 99%<200 um, or 1 t/h with a fineness of 99%<100 um.
