About Project:

A customer from Afghanistan recently placed an official order for the MR-450 hammer grinding machine and MR-100 mini-efficient pulverizer produced by Powder Mill Technology Co., Ltd. The equipment will be used in the customer’s newly built food processing line in the region, aiming to improve raw material pulverization efficiency and end product quality.

Powder Grinding Machine Advantages:

The MR-450 hammer mill use of the high-speed relative movement of the movable fluted disc and the fixed disc to crush the materials through the comprehensive effect of striking and friction of the fluted disc.The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator by the gravitation of blower and rotating centrifugal force, then discharges through gate blower, dust come into the pulse dust-evacuator box, filtrated and recycled by the filter cylinder..

The MR-100 mini-efficient pulverizer is designed for applications requiring extremely high pulverization fineness, achieving ultrafine grinding to meet the production needs of high-end food processing and specialized applications. The finished product achieves uniform particle size with a low temperature rise, effectively preserving the natural ingredients and flavor of the material.
