This herbal grinding machine breaks through the limitations of traditional grinding processes by utilizing a screenless structure design and achieving continuous processing from raw materials to finished products through multi-stage grinding. The herbal milling machine can directly process raw materials with particle sizes below 20mm into ultra-fine powder ranging from 5-75μm, with industry-leading uniformity in particle size distribution.

The herbal grinding system employs a “coarse-fine” two-stage grinding process. The front-end hammer mill efficiently handles large raw material particles, while the rear-end ultra-fine grinding unit achieves precision grinding through high-speed impact and shear forces, ensuring continuous production through coordinated operation. A unique negative-pressure conveying system, combined with the cyclone separator, enables fully enclosed, dust-free production, with dust collection efficiency exceeding 99.5%. The pulse dust collector is equipped with nano-coated filter bags, effectively recovering micron-level dust and keeping material loss below 0.3%, a reduction of over 40% compared to conventional equipment.

This herbal pulverizer is particularly suitable for ultra-fine grinding of heat-sensitive materials such as TCM herbs and precious medicinal ingredients. The intelligent temperature control system maintains the grinding chamber temperature below 45°C, effectively preserving the active components of the herbs. The modular design allows for optional configurations such as airflow classification and online monitoring to meet GMP requirements.
