1. Check the fastening of each component frequently to prevent it from loosening and falling off and damaging the machine.

2. Each oil filling hole should be filled with oil frequently, and the bearing parts should be cleaned and filled with lithium-based grease every six months.

3. When the ultrafine pulverizer stops working, the pulverizer should be idle for a period of time, the remaining material in the machine should be blown clean, and then shut down.

4. When the ultrafine grinder is out of use, the external debris of the machine should be cleared, grease should be added to all rotating parts, and it should be stored in a warehouse with dry air and no corrosive gas.

5. Regularly check whether the screws, belts, chains and other connectors are loose, especially the pulverizing knife group and rotor parts.
