Working Principle of Plough Shear Mixer

Working Principle of Plough Shear Mixing Machine:

The coulters in the plough shear mixer rotate with the main shaft to make the material turbulent in the radial circumference along the cylinder arm. At the same time, the radial material flows through the flying knife group along the line and is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife. The material is constantly replaced and compounded, and the material is mixed evenly in a short time.

From the overall point of view, the plowshare mixer is cylindrical and horizontal, with horizontal shaft transmission, and there is a local mixing slurry in the cylinder. There are roughly four parts that affect the movement of materials. One is the shape of the equipment, which is horizontal and cylindrical.

The second is the plow blade, which is shaped like a plow and is fixed on the horizontal transmission shaft by a bracket. It rotates along the wall of the device, causing the materials to diffuse and shear each other. At the beginning of material mixing, the plow blade rotates, constantly renewing the material surface and increasing the activity of the particles. This is a typical diffusion mixing.
